Colláste Dhúlaigh Students Awarded Europass Mobility Documents

On May 11 th 2006, 13 students from Coláiste Dhúlaigh College of Further Education, Coolock, were presented with Europass Mobility Documents by Cllr. Paddy Bourke, Chairman of Dublin City V EC.

All of the students completed 3-week work placements in France (7), Germany (2) and Italy (4) as part of their current studies in tourism, business and languages. They worked in local tourist offices, companies, school offices, hotels and health spas in Salsomaggiore, Italy, Bourgoin- Jallieu, France and Lemgo in Northern Germany.

Karl White, a Languages and European Studies student described his placement in France as "One of the best trips I have ever been on. The challenge made it interesting. The cultural differences are something you need to see to believe" while Jonathan Nolan who worked in Germany said,? I am delighted to have my Europass Mobility Document as proof of this experience.
